Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile application ("App") operated by Al Misbah App ("we," "us," or "our"). Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.
Some features of the App may require you to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to promptly update any information that may change. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.
The App, including all content and materials available on or through it, are the property of Al Misbah App and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights or licenses to the App or its content, except as expressly granted in these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not: - Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. - Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. - Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or publish any part of the App without our prior written consent. - Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in or on the App.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share the User Content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display the User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the App.
We do not actively monitor User Content but reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful in our sole discretion.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Al Misbah App and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims,
actions, suits, proceedings, liabilities, damages, settlements, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the App. By continuing to use the App after the posting of such changes, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
